Same-tier matching. Always.
Someone paying Rs. 500 is never matched with someone paying Rs. 15,000. Different tiers represent different life contexts. Matching within a tier creates genuine understanding — not just shared topics.
Both people pay equally.
Sharer and Listener each pay the same tier price. This removes power imbalance before anyone sits down. Both invested. Both valued. Neither owes the other.
Higher tiers fund lower ones.
Elite and Premium sessions generate the surplus that lets Community sessions happen at Rs. 500. This is not charity — it is intentional, sustainable design.
Quality is non-negotiable at every level.
Even the Rs. 500 tier gets a trained Listener, identity verification, a safe space and the full card system. The experience scales. The standard does not.

Both Sharer and Listener pay the same tier. A Listener applying at Tier 2 is only matched with a Sharer at Tier 2. This is structural — not optional. It ensures neither person enters the room as a provider and the other as a consumer. Both are participants. Both are heard.

Suno Lahore does not currently operate for profit. Revenue is reinvested into infrastructure, Listener training and keeping lower tiers accessible. Surplus as the programme grows is used to scale capacity.

A note on Listener payment
Listeners pay the same tier price as Sharers. Their time and presence is their primary contribution — but so is the Rs. 500 or Rs. 7,000 they put in. Both people are in the room because they chose to invest.
Listeners go through a separate, more detailed screening process. Paying the tier fee does not guarantee acceptance as a Listener.

Honest answers
Can I apply at a different tier than my Listener?
No — and that is by design. Tier matching is about shared context. Someone at Tier 1 and someone at Tier 4 live in genuinely different worlds. Matching within tiers creates more honest, more equal conversations.
What if I truly cannot afford even Rs. 500?
Apply. Select 'I need a subsidized session' in your application. It is treated with complete confidentiality — no one at the event will know. Sustained by Tier 3 and Tier 4 sessions, we keep fully subsidized spots available every month.
Why does the Listener pay anything?
Listeners invest in the tier just as Sharers do — this is what removes the power imbalance. A Listener who has also paid feels like a participant, not a service provider. Both chose to be there. Both invested. The room feels different because of it.
Can I move between tiers over time?
Yes. After your 90-day cooldown period, you can apply at any tier for your next session. Many people start at Tier 1 and move up as they experience what the programme offers.
Is Tier 4 really worth Rs. 15,000 – 25,000?
A single private therapy session in Lahore costs Rs. 3,000 – 8,000. Executive coaching costs more. A 5-star dinner for two costs more. Tier 4 is hyper-personalized, fine-dining, 2-3 hours — designed specifically around you, with a Listener matched to your psychology. For what it is, it is exceptional value.
What if no Listener is available at my tier?
Both Sharer and Listener wait until a same-tier match becomes available. We never rush a match and we never cross tiers. Your application stays active until we find the right person.
