We do not match people according to wealth, profession, appearance or social status. The amount someone can afford does not determine whether they are capable of speaking honestly or listening with care.

Why everyone gets the same experience
One standard for everyone
No "better matching" if you pay more. Every participant receives the same identity verification, human review, matching process, privacy protections and safety standards — regardless of what they paid.
We do not match by wealth
The amount someone can afford does not determine whether they are capable of speaking honestly or listening with care. Matching is based on topics, boundaries and communication preferences — not socioeconomic status.
Safety is never tiered
There is no "premium safety" or "enhanced screening." Every session has the same moderator availability, incident reporting, boundary card system and privacy protections.
Supported participants are not identified
A limited number of reduced-fee or fully subsidized places are available. These participants receive the exact same experience. Their match is never told what they paid.
Founding Pilot Rate
Rs. 2,000 per approved participant
This is a pilot rate while we test demand, measure real operating costs and refine the model. It is not permanent. Early participants help us learn what Suno Lahore should become.

Supported Places
A limited number of reduced-fee or fully subsidized places may be available.
Receiving financial support does not change the quality of the experience, the matching process or how a participant is treated.
Your match is not informed about the amount you paid.
During the application, you can confidentially request support. No one at the session will know. You receive the exact same experience as every other participant.
Boundaries
What your fee does not purchase
The participation fee supports the structured environment around the conversation — not a guaranteed emotional outcome or control over who you meet.
Paying more cannot purchase a better experience or a safer match. Every participant is matched using the same compatibility process and receives the same safety standards.
Optional
Comfort add-ons
These are convenience options only — scheduling preference, a quieter room, a journal, a little more time to decompress. They do not affect matching, safety, screening or who you meet.
Preferred time slot
Choose morning, afternoon or evening. Standard scheduling assigns the next available slot.
Private room upgrade
A quieter, more secluded space within the same approved venue.
Same moderator availability. Same safety standards. Same matching process.
Printed reflection journal
A small, unbranded notebook to write in before or after the session. Yours to keep.
Extended check-out window
A separate, reserved quiet space with chai for up to 20 minutes after the session ends — so you can gather yourself before leaving.
Earlier arrival slot
Arrive 15 minutes before standard check-in to settle in calmly.
Not a scheduling advantage — the session itself starts at the same time as everyone else.
Add-ons are selected after approval, not during the application. Availability depends on venue and session capacity.
A note on Listener payment
During the founding pilot, both Sharers and Listeners pay Rs. 2,000. This is being tested to understand whether equal financial commitment creates a more balanced dynamic.
The Sharer receives dedicated space to speak. The Listener performs a demanding role and absorbs emotional content. These contributions are not identical, and the fee structure may not be permanently symmetrical.
If Listener recruitment becomes difficult, the model may adjust — for example, a refundable booking deposit, Listeners attending at a reduced rate, or credit toward attending as a Sharer after 90 days.

Suno Lahore does not currently operate for profit. Revenue is reinvested into safety, training, accessibility and operational costs.
Approximate allocations based on pilot planning. Adjusted as real operating data emerges from the first 20–30 completed sessions.

Honest answers
Why is there a fee at all?
The participation fee covers venue rental, moderator and facilitator staffing, identity verification, card system materials and operational costs. Suno Lahore is not currently run for profit — revenue is reinvested into safety, training and accessibility.
What if I cannot afford Rs. 2,000?
Apply. During the application process, you can confidentially request a reduced-fee or fully supported place. It is treated with complete privacy — no one at the session will know. Your match is never told. You receive the exact same experience.
Why do Listeners pay during the pilot?
Both Sharers and Listeners pay Rs. 2,000 to test whether equal financial commitment creates a more balanced dynamic. However, the Sharer receives dedicated space to speak while the Listener performs a demanding, emotionally absorbing role. These contributions are not identical. If Listener recruitment becomes difficult, this may adjust — for example, a refundable deposit or credit toward attending as a Sharer later.
Can I pay more for a better match?
No. Paying more cannot purchase a particular participant, a guaranteed gender, preferential matching or superior screening. Every participant is matched using the same compatibility process.
When do I pay?
Applying is free. Payment is requested only after your application has been reviewed and approved, and when a suitable session is available. You are never charged before you know you have been accepted.
Is this price permanent?
No. This is a founding pilot rate. As Suno Lahore gathers real operating data — actual cost per completed pair, conversion rates, Listener supply — the model may change. Early participants help us understand what is genuinely sustainable.
Can I sponsor someone else's place?
Yes. Contributions toward supported places are welcomed. However, sponsoring does not provide better matching, priority access, a preferred gender or any influence over participant selection. Sponsors do not meet or choose the participants they support.
Why is the session only 60 minutes?
Listeners are not trained therapists. A 60-minute conversation is long enough to share meaningfully without creating emotional fatigue or boundary drift. Longer sessions increase the risk that an ordinary person begins behaving like a counsellor — which is unsafe for both participants.
