What is Suno Lahore?
A structured, single-session conversation
between two selected adults.
Sometimes you want to speak without involving a friend, relative, colleague or anyone connected to your everyday life.
Suno Lahore matches two verified adults for one carefully structured conversation. One participates as the Sharer. The other participates as the Listener.
The Listener is not expected to sit silently. Before the session, the Sharer chooses the kind of listening they want: quiet attention, gentle questions, reflection or advice only when specifically requested.
Listeners are ordinary adults — not therapists, counsellors or experts. They are selected for their intentions, boundaries and ability to respond respectfully.
Anyone aged 18 or older may apply, but attendance is curated. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Participants use code names and sit on opposite sides of a privacy screen. Optional privacy masks are available while moving through the venue. Identity is private from the match, but every participant's age and identity are checked by the organizer.
Sessions take place inside a staffed venue. Phones and recording devices are kept away. A moderator remains nearby without listening to the conversation. Either participant can pause or end the session immediately, without explaining why.
This is not therapy, peer counselling, professional support or a permanent Listener marketplace. It is a curated conversation experience where ordinary adults can participate as either a Sharer or Listener — but everyone is vetted before acceptance.

Use a code name, privacy screen and optional sanitized privacy mask. Your match does not receive your identity or application details.
Decide privately afterward
Participants leave the conversation separately without exchanging personal information. After checkout, either participant may privately request contact exchange through the Suno Lahore desk. Contact details are shared only if both people independently consent. No response is treated as a no. Neither person is informed if the other declines.
The 90-Day Participation Rule
After attending a Suno Lahore conversation, a participant cannot attend another session for 90 days. This applies to both Sharers and Listeners, even if they apply using a different role. The cooldown protects anonymity, discourages repeated personal contact and keeps every experience intentional. Previous pairs are never intentionally matched again.
Transparency
What privacy means
Your identity is private from your match — not from the organizer.
Your voice, manner of speaking or personal story could still be recognizable to someone who knows you.
Privacy screens prevent matches from seeing one another during the conversation. Masks provide additional coverage while arriving, leaving or moving through the venue.
Confidentiality is required of all participants but cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
The organizer may intervene if an immediate safety emergency occurs.
What happens if I feel unsafe?
Either participant may stop the conversation at any time without providing a reason. Moderators remain nearby throughout and can be called immediately. Safety concerns can be submitted privately after the session.
Contact is never requested inside the session
Suno Lahore is not a dating or networking event. Asking for someone's name, phone number, social-media account or workplace during the conversation is prohibited.
After the session, participants may independently request a contact exchange through the organizer. Nothing is shared unless both people agree privately.
