apply as a Sharer
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're stepping into — before you write a single word. This page explains every part of the application: why we ask what we ask, what happens to your answers, and what the session itself will feel like.

What is a Sharer session?
A Suno Lahore session gives you one hour of uninterrupted attention from a carefully selected adult Listener. You speak about whatever you came to speak about. They listen — without judgment, without advice unless you ask for it, without trying to fix you.
You are in control of the subject, the pace and when it ends. Silence is allowed. Tears are allowed. Changing the topic is allowed. Stopping is allowed.
Nothing you say leaves the room — except in narrow safety exceptions that we explain openly before you begin.

Why we ask what we ask
Every question in the application has a reason. Click any section to read exactly why we ask it — and what we do with your answer.
Your rights at every stage
These are not conditions. They are guarantees — from the moment you start the application to after the session ends.
You may pause or stop at any moment, without giving a reason.
You may remain silent for as long as you need.
You may change the subject at any time.
You do not have to answer the Listener's questions.
Your legal name will never be shared with your Listener.
Your Listener will never know how to find you afterward.
If you need support beyond what a conversation can offer, we will help you find it.
You may withdraw your application at any stage, without consequence.
What happens after you apply
Step by step — from submission to the session and beyond.
You submit your application
Takes about 10–12 minutes. No story is required — just enough for us to understand your situation and find you the right Listener.
A human being reviews it
Every application is read by a trained team member — not an algorithm. If something needs clarification, they reach out privately before any decision is made.
Private identity verification
Once conditionally accepted, you complete a brief identity check. This is handled securely and separately from your matching file.
A Listener is proposed
We find a Listener whose language, availability, style and topic comfort match your preferences. You are told who has been proposed before anything is confirmed.
You privately confirm
You are asked separately whether you are comfortable with the proposed match. If you are not, for any reason, we look again. No explanation required.
A brief orientation before the session
A team member explains what to expect: how the room works, how to use the conversation cards, how to summon the facilitator, and what happens afterward.
The session
One hour. Your code name. A facilitator nearby. You speak, your Listener listens. You control the subject, the pace and when it ends.
A private check-in afterward
A team member is available after the session — not to debrief your story, but to make sure you leave feeling grounded and supported.
Questions people often have
Do I have to share something deeply personal?
No. You choose what you speak about, and how much you say. You can keep it general. You can stay with feelings rather than facts. You can say "I'd rather not go into that." The Listener follows your lead.
What if I get emotional?
That is allowed. The Listener is trained to sit with emotion — not fix it, not redirect it. If you need water, a pause or silence, you can ask. If you need to stop, you can stop.
Will anyone I know find out?
Your Listener will only know your code name and the broad topic you chose. Your legal name, contact details and application are kept separately from matching data. The venue is shared privately, only after confirmation.
What if I'm not ready after applying?
You can withdraw at any stage, without giving a reason. If your readiness changes between applying and the session, tell us — we will hold your application, not close it.
What if I need more than a conversation?
If your application or session suggests you need specialist support — mental health care, legal help, emergency assistance — a team member will reach out privately and help you find the right resources. You will not be left without a next step.
How long will I wait for a match?
We do not offer same-day matching. Careful matching takes time — we would rather wait for the right fit than rush a poor one. We will keep you updated as soon as a suitable Listener is available.

Suno Lahore sessions are scheduled conversations, not immediate response. We want to make sure you have the right support at the right time.
Ready when you are
The application takes about ten minutes. You control what you share. There is no wrong way to apply, and no answer that will make you seem too much.
