Your match does not receive your verified identity, contact information or application. Suno Lahore privately verifies every approved participant.

Our Safety Principles
How Suno Lahore Protects Participants
Verified Adults Only
Every participant must be at least 18 years old. Age and identity are checked during the approval process and confirmed again at the venue. An application cannot be transferred to another person.
Private Identity Verification
Suno Lahore verifies each participant privately using approved identity-verification information. Your match does not receive your:
- —Legal name
- —Identity document
- —Telephone number
- —Email address
- —Social-media profile
- —Home or work address
- —Complete application
- —Verification information
Identity information is handled according to the Suno Lahore Privacy Policy.
Session Code Names
Participants use temporary, non-identifying code names such as:
The code name is used only to manage the session. It is not a public username or permanent participant profile.
Participants must not attempt to use a code name to identify, locate or contact another person outside the approved process.
Limited Match Information
Your match receives only the information required for the conversation, which may include:

- —Selected topic categories
- —Preferred language
- —Listening style
- —Relevant boundaries
- —Agreed privacy arrangements
No identifying information is intentionally shared.
No Recording or Photography
Photography and audio, video or screen recording are prohibited throughout the participant experience. Phones, smartwatches, cameras and other recording-capable devices must be stored according to venue instructions before entering the conversation area.
Attempting to record another participant may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion.
No Public Participant Profiles
Suno Lahore does not operate a public participant directory. Your participation is not displayed in:
- —A searchable member list
- —A public social-media feed
- —A dating-style profile
- —A participant marketplace
- —Public attendance photographs
Suno Lahore will not publish a participant's image, identity or testimonial without separate, explicit permission.
Staffed Venue
Sessions take place inside an approved, staffed event venue. Participants receive conversational privacy without being placed in an unapproved home, vehicle or completely isolated location. Suno Lahore does not arrange sessions in:

- —Cars
- —Hotel rooms
- —Unstaffed offices
- —Unapproved outdoor locations
- —Locations selected privately by participants
Double Consent
Contact information is not exchanged automatically. After the session, either participant may privately request contact exchange through the Suno Lahore desk. Information is shared only when both participants independently consent.
Two yes responses are required.
If either person says no, remains uncertain or does not respond, nothing is shared. Neither participant is told who declined.
What Privacy Means
Private Between Participants — Not Anonymous to the Organiser
Your match does not need to know who you are.
Suno Lahore does.
This distinction allows participants to remain private from one another while ensuring that everyone remains accountable to the organiser and the Participant Code of Conduct. No participant may use privacy measures to avoid responsibility for misconduct.
Optional Privacy Feature
Your Face Can Remain Private
A privacy divider prevents matched participants from seeing one another during the conversation. Participants may also request an identity-concealing mask for additional privacy while arriving, leaving or moving through shared areas of the venue. A mask may also be worn during the session where the venue arrangement and mask design allow it to be used comfortably.
Where masks are offered, they are:

- —Cleaned according to the applicable care instructions
- —Designed with appropriate visibility and ventilation
- —Inspected before use
- —Removed immediately if they cause discomfort
- —Never used as a substitute for identity verification
A participant may decline a mask without giving a reason. No participant may pressure another person to wear, remove or change a privacy option.
A mask conceals your face from your match. It does not conceal your identity from Suno Lahore.
Mask availability and permitted use may depend on the venue, session format and participant-safety requirements.
The Venue
Private, Never Isolated
The venue is arranged to protect conversational privacy while keeping participants within reach of trained event staff. Venue information is provided only to approved and confirmed participants.

What “Moderators Nearby” Means
Venue staff manage the experience and remain available throughout the session. They may assist with:
- Check-in and identity confirmation
- Explaining the cards and rules
- Privacy arrangements
- Pause or Stop requests
- Participant discomfort
- Suspected misconduct
- A participant wishing to leave
- A safety or medical concern
Staff do not routinely listen to private conversations. They may intervene when assistance is requested or when there is a reasonable safety concern.
Participant Control
Pause and Stop Cards
Two physical control cards remain accessible throughout every conversation. Either participant may use them at any time. No explanation or permission is required.
PAUSE
“I need a moment. Please give me some silence.”
When it is used:
- The other participant stops speaking
- No questions are asked
- Silence is respected
- The conversation resumes only when the participant is ready
- Venue assistance may be requested
A pause does not automatically end the session.
STOP
“I would like to end this conversation.”
When it is used:
- The conversation stops
- The other participant must not object or continue questioning
- No explanation is required
- Venue staff assist with separate checkout
- The participants do not approach each other afterward
- A private safety report may be completed
Using the Stop Card does not automatically count against a participant or remove refund eligibility.
Consent Throughout the Experience
Consent Is Continuous
Agreeing to attend does not mean agreeing to every subject, question or interaction.
Participants may:

- —Change the subject
- —Introduce a boundary
- —Request silence
- —Withdraw from the session
- —Decline contact exchange
- —Withdraw contact consent before information is released
Consent obtained through pressure, repeated requests or intimidation is not valid.
Participant Boundaries
The Following Are Not Permitted
Participants must not:
- Ask for legal names or identifying information
- Attempt to look around or remove the privacy divider
- Pressure someone to reveal their face
- Make romantic or sexual advances
- Request contact information during the conversation
- Offer money, employment or business opportunities
- Promote products, services, political causes or religious conversion
- Record, photograph or identify another participant
- Provide unwanted medical, legal, financial or religious advice
- Threaten, insult, intimidate or deliberately humiliate someone
- Follow another participant after checkout
- Attend while intoxicated or impaired
- Bring a weapon or prohibited item into the venue
A participant may be removed when their behaviour creates a reasonable concern, even if they claim they did not intend harm.
Contact Exchange
A Private Decision After the Session
Participants leave the conversation without exchanging personal information directly. During separate checkout, each participant may privately select:

The Double-Consent Rule
- Both participants must independently say yes
- Consent is collected separately
- Neither participant sees the other's decision
- No response is treated as no
- Consent may be withdrawn before the exchange is completed
- Declining does not affect feedback or future eligibility
- Suno Lahore does not pressure participants to connect
After contact information is released, private communication takes place outside the Suno Lahore session. Reports of harassment or misuse may affect future eligibility.
Confidentiality
An Honest Privacy Promise
Participants agree not to repeat, record, publish or use identifying information learned during a session. However, Suno Lahore participants are ordinary adults — not lawyers, doctors or therapists. The conversation does not carry legally privileged professional confidentiality, and no organiser can guarantee that another person will never repeat something they hear.
For additional protection:

- —Do not disclose passwords or financial information
- —Do not reveal another person's private information
- —Do not share information that could identify your home or workplace
- —Use the Boundary Card when a question feels too personal
Suno Lahore may respond to a credible and immediate safety concern according to its rules and applicable obligations.
Information Handling
We Collect Only What the Experience Requires
Participant information may be used for:
- Application review
- Identity and age verification
- Matching
- Scheduling
- Payment and attendance management
- Safety reporting
- Enforcement of participation restrictions
- Improving the experience through structured feedback
Your complete application is not shown to your match. The Privacy Policy should explain:
- What information is collected
- Why it is collected
- Who can access it
- How long it is retained
- When it is deleted
- Which service providers process it
- How a participant may request correction or deletion
- What information must be retained for safety, payment or legal reasons
Misconduct and Exclusion
Safety Takes Priority Over Attendance
Suno Lahore may pause, decline, cancel or end a participant's involvement where there is a reasonable concern about:
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Dishonest identity information
- Romantic or sexual intentions
- Boundary violations
- Unwanted recording
- Pressure to reveal identity
- Intoxication
- Threatening behaviour
- Misuse of contact information
- Attempts to circumvent suspension or the 90-day rule
Serious misconduct may result in immediate and permanent exclusion from future Suno Lahore experiences. Where appropriate, the organiser may preserve relevant records and advise an affected participant to contact an appropriate authority or support service.

You Can Report Something Privately
A participant may report a concern:

- —Through the Feedback Card
- —Through the confidential Safety Report
- —By contacting Suno Lahore after the session
Reports are reviewed privately. Making a genuine report will not reduce a participant's eligibility, standing or refund rights.
Suno Lahore will document and review reported concerns under its safety procedures.
Important Limitations
Safety Measures Reduce Risk — They Cannot Remove Every Risk
Suno Lahore uses verification, screening, boundaries, physical controls and venue procedures to reduce foreseeable risks. However:
- A positive experience cannot be guaranteed
- Human compatibility cannot be guaranteed
- Another participant's behaviour cannot be predicted perfectly
- Privacy measures cannot create absolute confidentiality
- Listeners are not mental-health professionals
- Suno Lahore is not an emergency or crisis service
Participation is always voluntary, and either person may leave.
